Hi everyone,
I am currently 23stone and only 5'5 so i really need to lose weight, i got married 3months ago and i didn't lose boy weight for it even though deep down inside i wish i had! I am ashamed to say i have no motivation either, i know i need to lose it but every time i try i fail and think im going to be a failure next time!
Well this is the last time i think that, im hoping with support and encouragement from here i can finally meet my goal weight!
