Starting weight!

Hey guys im new, I am starting slimming world tommorow!! I am not going to meetings as i literally do not have the time to spare, however i used to be an online subscriber so i know the basics anyways!
My starting weight is 203lbs!
I want to loose 50lbs!
So any tips for a newbie?

Hi Pingushaz!

Welcome to SW. I'm in my first week on the plan, although like you i've done it before so know roughly what i'm doing!

One thing I did wrong the last time was not taking advantage of the lovely syns we're given to use. I thought the less of them I ate the more I'd lose - wrong! This time I'm making sure I use at least 10 of them a day and i'm finding that I'm enjoying the plan so much more!

I find It really helps to write everything down. food diaries especially and I have drawn a box for every lb I need to lose and put a big tick every time I do!! a bit sad but it keeps me going ha ha .
