Stuffed mushrooms 3 points

Large open cap mushroom (0 points)
30g extra light garlic and herb tesco cheese (1 point)
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (1 point)
1 slice of parma ham (1 point)

Wash mushroom and remove stem
Mix cream cheese and diced parma ham together and put in cap of mushroom
top with breadcrumbs

Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180.

3 pro points in total! and great with a steak! Also impressive as a ww friendly dinner party starter served with rocket and balsamic vinegar
