Hi all just wondering if anyone knows the syns of the new subway flat bread? And could u use the whole meal sub as your healthy extra? Thanks all xx

Subway doesnt do a wholemeal sub so they are synned in full sorry. Cant help with syns for the flatbreads but I looked at the calorie content when I was in last and there didnt seem to be much of a difference from the normal subs so I dont imagine there is a saving on syns to be had xx
