Sundried tomatoes

Hi everyone, does anyone know how many Syns there are in sundried tomatoes from a jar please?

If they are in oil I would avoid them for slimming world. They absorb lots of the oil and would probably be 5-10 syns for 4 tomatoes.

You can buy dehydrated sun dried tomatoes in some places and rehydrate them yourself using water. Then they would probably count as a free food.
