The Jillian Micheals 30 day shred one? Yes I bought it last winter when the weather was really bad and I couldn't get to the gym, its short, concise and to the point - you will really feel it the next day, I can definitely recommend it and this winter when the weather is bad again - I'll get it out.

She has a couple I think, I've got the 30 day shred.

Thankfully she isnt anywhere near as nasty on the DVD as she is with the contestants!

I've read a lot of comments from people who think this DVD is amazing - I cant really comment as this is the only one I've ever done, so I cant compare it to anything.

It is very hard, it comes in 3 levels, i've done the first 2, but must admit I've got a little fed up with doing it, so have ignored it for a couple of weeks.

I would say it probably has made an impact, you certainly feel like you've had a work out afterwards, I've just got a little bored of it. It only cost me £5.99 on Amazon though, so I dont regret it.

I've decided to try doing the couch 2 5K running programme instead so have decided to drop the DVD for a while (I still go to the gym about 3 times a week as well)

i love this woman! I have the shred DVD and also the biggets loser on DS that has some simpler exercises on you can do anywhere

She will work you hard. Her segemnts are short but effective. I have a heart rate monitor and burnt on average around 350 calories in segment 1 of the shred with 7kg weights so for a quick burst of exercise i would highlyrecommend, especially if you are short of time
