Although not technically sausages, you can buy some really tasty veggie ones by Linda McCartney. Her rosemary and red onion ones are completely free and I think really tasty!

Sainsbury's do a sausage that's 1/2 syn per sausage, it's "be good to yourself"extra lean cumberland sausage...........

What is the meat content like in the tesco sausages? I'm really picky about good quality meat so I've been substituting normal sausages for veggie ones.

There's a online company could joes and they sell syn free ones they have been checked by slimming world too! Xx
