Hellmanns fat free vinagertte , lighter than light mayo is 0.5 per tbsp, squeeze a lemon onto a salad x

Hi Missy thanks for reply. am going on holiday at weekend and although there will be lots of salad at mealtimes there will also be buckets of yummy high fat dressings. i am going to take my own probably the hellman one. although i have not lost loads sincs joining SW i dont want to undo the good work.

That is what I would do, a dressing came add unwanted syns to your healthy salad. I once bought a salad from pret which was about 150 cals, all free food, the sauce alone was 250 cals.... No way was I spending 12.5 syns on a sauce!! Ha. Are you going anywhere nice?nxx
