Syn value help needed please

I have a Waitrose Easy to cook Chicken Legs in a Jerk Style Marinade, I think the syns will be quite high, but don't really want to waste it, if I do use it I intend not to eat the skin so hopefully that will reduce syn value. I would be really grateful if someone could check the syn value for me please many thanks Kathy
