Syn value help please

Hi guys

I have just munched on a few Japanese rice crackers - they are supposed to be healthy but I'm not convinced!
I can't find any info anywhere.

They are really tasty and filling so I'd love to know the syn values so I am able to eat them more often!

The nutrition info is:

Kcal 395 per 100g
Carbs 75.8g per 100g
Fat 5.6g per 100g

Please help!

It says 20 syns on all days for 100g when adding no free food allowance.

I based the calc on holland and barrett ones (really close to your info)

Whoops - Protein is 10.4g per 100g

They are unbranded - I got them from a grazebox (grazebox.com) I have one box delivered to my desk each week and it helps me not nibble through the day at work! I have half a box of something as a snack or if seeds then on my breakfast each day. It's nice to get variety! Usually you can work out the syns using the books etc but occasionally not! They always send the nutrition info as well and you can choose what to get. I like the little tubs because if I have a whole bag of nuts on my desk I will scoff the lot but this way it is easy to count out the amount you are allowed for your HEXs!!
