SYN VALUE HELP PLEASE

Hi there I'm new to this site and don't have access to Syn values. I wondered if someone could help me Syn the value of a packet of Sainsburys Basics Tikka Sliced Cooked Chicken Breast. It's a 230g packet.

Hi there Scarlett Star - THEY'RE FREE???? what even with the smear of tikka that's on them? If so I'm jumping for joy lol :bliss: I actually thought there would have been Syns to them with it having some kind of coating. I don't have access to the Syns calculator so thank you very much x

Yep just checked syns online put in basics sliced Tikka chicken and it even confirmed the pack weight. The Tikka coating is probably just spices so that would be free x

Can't find these, they have the various flavoured ready to eat ones but nothing about breast fillets. If they are just plain cooked chicken with no skin they should be free though
