Can anyone tell me the syn value in sweets like winegums and smarties?

If it's high, can anyone suggest a sweet with a lower syn value

for things like sweets, chocolates, crisps, cakes etc you can use the 1 syn = 20 calories rule as these foods have no free food allowance.
