Syn value sausages

I was just wondering if anyone could help me, I've got thin pork sausages from the butchers. i dont know anything about the recipe but I wanted a syn value or estimated syn value I can't seem to find much online. Thanks

Without the fat content, you can't get a syn value I don't think If the butcher knows the percentage, that might be a start
