I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with the syn value for green isle carrot & parsnip chips? Btw there delicious lol and I'm thinking that's not a good thing So best of I know the syn value

They're not in the app, but working out as 5 syns per 100g in the calculator.
BTW, you've flagged this as Original. Not sure if you were asking for the syns on an original day but just so you know, these are the Extra Easy syns. There's no way to calculate syns for the old plans now.
