Can anyone tell me if the following are free on a green day, or synned:

Branston Vegetable Ravioli
Quorn Smoky Bacon Style Slices
Quorn Lamb Style Grills

I have a feeling the ravioli is a fairly new product, haven't seen it in the supermarkets before. It's lovely!

Oh my god, the quorn bacon is 6.5 syns?! Ha, I'll have to watch that then!

Oh well, I've been averaging about 6 syns a day so far, guess I can afford it. The Branston ravioli has this nutritional info:

per 100g

cals 81
protein 2.2
carb 15.4 of which sugars 3.6
fat 1.2 of which saturates 0.4
fibre 1.3

The tin is 410g in weight.

Depends which ones, I think ... the Lasting Satisfaction ones are free. My favourite, the lemon and orange Greek style ones, are 3.5 syns each.

Yeah, that sounds like the Lasting Satisfaction ones, they have extra fibre or something so you feel fuller for longer. All flavours are free AFAIK.

The ravioli is 1 syn on a green day n 16.5 on a red.

The grills are free on both

I tried the quorn bacon and wished I hadn't wasted my syns.

Ooh good news about the Ravioli, I'll be getting that again - I assume the 1 syn is per 100g, so the tin would be 4?

Yeah, the quorn bacon definitely isn't worth the syns.

I think it's lovely, usually with tinned ravioli I find the pasta rather thick and chewy, but this one is very delicate, as ravioli should be. Lovely stuff.
