I think it works out for 9 syns on original for the mild one and 8 syns on original for hot one. That included using chicken as a free item.

Wow, Thanks for that Nikki... so glad I didn't eat it! Tesco curry is syn free (canned) as far as I remember and some of iceland frozen curry is too.

I have just tried some smokey bacon limbos and they are really quite nice. Does anyone know how many syns are in them?? I am hoping there are not many in them as there is only 63 Kals and0.1 Sat Fat in them.
