Thanks space angel. That is good news for me.

Nicki the bags are the same size as a bag of crisps but they seem to last much longer than crisps. Maybe thats because I suck the flavour off before I crunch them

Can anyone tell me the syn ammount in Zuma Smoothies (liquid breakfast) as I had one today, I dont think they have sugar in them, and are based around Probiotic Low Calorie Yoghurt.

They're not in my database, nightwolf. I think we'll need the nutritional info to work it out. per 100g.

Hi Guys, got a bit of a list that id like syn values for if possible, once i get the book hopefully wont need to ask so much!! Cud someone tell me the Syn Value's for:
- Tesco Value Yorkshire Puddings
- Birdseye Crispy Chicken
- Princes chicken and stuffing paste
- Tesco's Value ham and beef paste
- Cadbury's Snickers or doubledecker
- Snack A Jacks any flavour
- a can of fanta fruit twist
- Special K Cereal
