I have a mushroom risotto from aldi (dried)..any ideas on sin value or ios it free on a green?

Is low fat spread on your HE bread or in potato a HE

Low fat spread on your bread or potato is not HE or free, it's synned. If you give us the name and brand of the spread, I'll check how many for you. They're usually quite low. Flora Light is 1 syn per tsp.

Please put all syn requests in the syn value sticky in future. I know you're a newbie so I'll let you off! its just the forum gets very cluttered if people post new threads all the times x

I can't find that spread. If you need to know exactly, you can post the portion size, carbs, protein, calories and fat content from the side of the packet.

If I were you, I'd work off two syns per teaspoon if it's a light spread.

The crunch corners vary hun for example strawberry crumble is 8 1/2 syns, but the choco crunch corners are 7 syns. Were there any particular flavours you wanted to know about?

well the ones that come in the ordinary pack. i guess the one with the least amount of syns. althought they seem less than i thought they were gonna be

If you get the snack size ones there even better i think there about 4 for a strawberry or raspberry one.
