Thanks for that recipe - I try to get away without 'cooking' haha! So just mixing a muller into pudding rice was so easy! I will try it your way coz I'm really wanting some good rice pudding! Would this amount make up enough for 2 people or would I need to double the amounts? Thanks.

Morning!! Does anyone know the syns value for the new Quorn 'turkey' escalopes - think they are just covered in sage and onion breadcrumbs. I want to try some as they are BOGOF on Sainsburys at the mo but don't wanna find out they are like 10 syns each or something!!

Also anyone know how many syns in Asda prawn crackers it's a 45g bag.

Ooh and Birds Eye fish melts - garlic and herb - think these will be really high but they look fantastic!

Erm....end of list lol :8855:

As always thanks for your help.....:)

It makes enough for one big serving, put it this way i get through the whole lot myself...i think its for one person really cos it gets you to use 350ml skimmed milk which is one HEX A
Let me know what you think of it?

Got ready meals taking up needed freezer space!

I've got some meals in my freezer left over from pre-diet (started SW last monday). Got a load of syn-free meat stuff coming from joe's sausages online this week so need to make room and would rather not throw them out.

If y'can find the syns for any of these thanks very much!

- M&S 'nutritionally balanced' ham hock and mash (was fresh)
- M&S 'nutritionally balanced' roast chicken & new potatoes (was fresh)
- WW creamy chicken & mushroom pasta (frozen)
- WW roast chicken breast in gravy & potatoes (frozen)
- WW Lemon cheesecakes (frozen)
- Quorn cottage pie (was fresh)

will have to try foisting them on my mother if no syn value can be found or they are too high lol
