away to sainsburys this afternoon so i wondered if someone could please check the syn values for the following:

Sainsbury's Savoury Rice, Golden Vegetable 125g

Batchelor's Savoury Rice, Golden Savoury 120g

Sainsbury's Curry Sauce, Basics 440g

Homepride Cook-In-Sauce, Curry 500g

Colman's Curry Sauce Mix 35g

Tomato Sauce...Brown sauce

Can some one please tell what the syn values are for Heinz Tomato Sauce and HP brown sauce please.....planning my tea for tomorrow and would like to know syn values....thank you kindly!!

just to let you know i use asda own brand tomato sauce not the cheap smart price just regular asda squeezy tom sauce and that's only 0.5 syns per tablespoon....

just checked sainsburys own brand is 0.5 too
tesco is 1 syn per tablespoon

Gemma i am genuinely not picking on you (and I know to some i look like im just bing pedantic) but you've asked the same question in the syn sticky (which is where it should have gone anyway) but then cos no one answered you've put it in here! This is one of the things that was annoying people, i.e duplicate posts xxx
