Can someone give me a value for Worcestershire sauce please?
 
Morrisons Value - Fish in butter sauce

Does anyone know how many syns is in the above? I've looked in my low syn s/w book and the cod in butter sauce is about 4 syns. I wondered if someone could check the syn value for fish in butter sauce.

I know my boyfriends mam used to eat this when she was doing s/w so can imagine it won't be that bad.

Hey everyone, Ive just joined this online forum, having previously tried SW about 18 months ago, Ive decided to go it alone but think this forum looks like a great support network!!
I just have a few syn queries (on green days), can anyone help me with the following?

Syns in Asdas meat free range; fankfurters, quorn bugers and kievs?

I have an old syns book with some info on takeaways (fish and chip shops) but it doesnt have values for chicken kebab meat?

tracey im not sure about ur other things but i no quorn burgers are 0.5 syns each when they come in a 4 pack frozen

smiler original flavour after eights are 1.5 each

and nightwolf if u mean the cereal puffed wheat its 5 syns per 28g
