had to call into the local spar shop for some milk and not havin breakfast i couldnt resist a bacon butty :sigh:.

does anyone know the syn value of the bread stick (approx 10 inch) abit like a french stick but not as thick.

dont know how many french stick is but will be very high considering 2 slices of bread was 9 syns the other day ,its always the things we enjoy that are high

off to the Niece's next weekend and robert likes his curry on a saturday and being the curtious guest i have to participate.

Am looking for the syn values of mini barbecue peperami's.

Also found these soup shot croutons made by symington's, 20g bag and garlic and herb.

Cant find bbq mini but normal mini 10g are 1 on red and 2 on green

protien = 13.2
carbs = 63.8
fat = 14
fibre = 5

It works out 4.5syns per 20g packet. Less thank I thought it would be when I saw 434 cals

I level tsp of butter is 2 syns 10g is 3.5 syns
Low fat spread is 1 syn per tsp 1 tbsp is 3 syns
Very low fat spread 0.5syn per level tsp 1 level tbsp is 2syns

Weight Watchers Bread

Hi,

I have had a very disappointng first week - only lost 1lb so thought I had best check this.

Is Weight Watchers malted danish bread counted as a healthy extra B or is it syns?

If it is syns I think this would explain a lot! If anyone viewing this has time to look at my food diary, any comments/advice would be very well received!
