Quorn bacon style rashers? Doesn't state versatile or anything else on the packaging so not sure which ones they are - 150g pack frozen

Anyone got any ideas how many syns is in one? x
 
ok a question, I have looked and looked and have no idea...I have these polish jaffy cakes...but they are cherry flavour. The stuff is in polish and the info on the back only tells me how much for just under half the pack....so I am not sure how much for just 1.
company is e.wedel and the product name is Delicje- which am sure means fat laden buscuit....hahaha

this is a none specific jaffa cake, so would use this........it's the closest you'll get I think.
