does anyone know how many syns in fresh egg noodles on a green day. I am planning tomorrows stir fry.....

Per 28g baked, flesh and skin, weight cooked will be 2 sins per 28g

Um I was wondering what the exact syns are for a small glass of white wine? Its a ritual at the end of the day lol after running around the kids but am quite sure if it can be counted a syn or not? And if so how many is there in a glass?

Please can someone give me the syns of the following two items on both green and red days, my book doesn't seem to have them in and I don't attend a class anymore.

breakfast bar, per100g
kcal 334
protein 34g
carbs 4g
fat 10.9g
portion size 37g

the other is a milkshake, per 100g
kcal 291
protein 7g
carbs 7g
fat 1.4g
portion size 200g

In total there are over 20 cereals you can have, have you not got the books at all?

I only have the book from the meeting. The first one you get. I couldn't find over 20 in there.
I think I'll stick to good old weetabix.
