SYNS in Nairns biscuits

Hi does anyone know the syn value of Nairns Oat Biscuits...please

If you have some, look at the calorie value on the packet. If not, look at Tescos website, which usually gives calorie values. Then it will be 1 syn per 20 calories.

Thanks does the 1 syn to 20 calorie cover all foods ?

No - only things which don't have a free food allowance. For instance if you had a ready meal which had chicken in it, you could use the online syns calculator and put chicken in as the free food and it would allow for that.

But for biscuits, sweets, crisps, chocolate, that sort of thing, the 1 syn per 20 calories is a very useful estimate.
