Hi, does anyone know the syn value in the new mini pouches (single portion), Uncle Bens Wholegrain rice please?

They used to be 1 syn or a half I believe unless something has changed (as they put a little oil in to keep the grains from sticking together). If you have the nutritional info off the packet someone should be able to put it through the calculator for you.
