Haven't got access to the calculator but with only 46 cals the most it'll be is 2 syns

With the ingredients listed in the title, if the 'glaze' hasn't got any oil, it could very well be free on Green & EE. .What else is listed for the ingredients?

It mentions sugar and maize starch, otherwise just flavouring..... I think 2 syns is a safe assumption
