Tackling overeating- TV programme tonight (Wed 16th)

Hi all

Just seen there is a TV programme on Sky tonight called 'Fix my fat head' about a 36 year old female journalist (20 stone) trying to tackle her lifelong obesity by finding out why she overeats. Blurb says she understands the principles of losing weight but somehow can never manage it so trys to get to the bottom of why.

Might be rubbish but sounds interesting. It is on a channel called 'Really' (Sky 248 Virgin 267) at 10pm. Radio Times have recommended it.

Will give it a go I reckon!

I'm sure it has been on before and on the whole it was quite interesting tho i found the woman a bit annoying!!
