ProPoints Tano's back...

blimey I couldn't even get to work this morning I slept in...you must have bundles of energy x
 
Dinner is chicken wrapped in bacon, sweet potato mash, green beans and babycorn.

Natural yogurt and honey for dessert :)

4 different people said I've lost weight at work today so I must be doing something right haha, one has taken to calling me skinny minny too lol!!!
Another 100% day
Breakfast: 2 golden syrup weetabix n skimmed milk
Lunch: crabsticks, Brazil nuts
Snack: 1 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner will be Bolognaise (homemade sauce) with wholemeal pasta

Gym class 8-9pm with a protein shake after ;) xxx

Noooo because its all protein and I'm having lots of fluids, I don't feel hungry at all. I think my body may be in ketosis slightly because I'm not hungry at all and it's high protein/complex carbs. Off to boxing in a bit ;) xxx

Nuts (50g almonds)

Seafood selection

1tbsp peanut butter

Prawn n crabstick salad
Natural yogurt and honey

2 hours gym :) xxx
