sorry i haven't been about girls i have been busy with the kids being home from the school hols and my sonw on mini town crier so rode on the carnival queen float last wednesday so i didn't get to weigh in but i am here now and raring to go but i am going on holiday for a week as of aug 16th
 
No prob hun, there have been a lot of new members and the teams have grown quite a bit but I will put you back on!

I lost 1lb this week. I knew I wouldn't be at class this week so I 'relaxed' a bit :break_diet:

Anyway, am back on plan properly now, so onwards and downwards!

Hey All ok. monday again, but I have lost 3lbs this week. I want to lose 7lbs this month...so I am happy so far. This diet just feels so easy. I love it!! Now if I can just get in some more exercise I will be laughing!! Good luck to everyone this week.

cheers taz....well this diet is so easy to follow, for the first time doing this diet I actually feel it is easy. So I guess something good did come out of CDing...hahaha

oh just so you know i do have 4 weigh ins this month as i weigh in on wednesday, so you could tecnically class this wednesday as my first weigh in as last wednesday would have still been in july anyways does that make sense??
