It will not be a HEB sorry - you can work out the syns using 1 syn for each 20 calories

I had a feeling it wouldn't. I have been eating it for the last 3 days and using it as a HeB!! Only dawned on me today that it wasn't wholemeal.

I join my first class this eve at 7.30pm, so I'll start from today. I actually started last thurs and have been really good all week, only to be let down by the bread!!!

What breads are included as a HeB?

    Thanks in advance x

57g of any wholemeal bread (not brown - that is different)
Usually works out at 1 bit of a big 800g loaf and 2 of a 400g

WW white danish - 2 bits
ww brown danish - 3 bits
