    Hi does anyone know the syn value of these,can't find them anywhere.Also had a shock with the healthy living carrot cakes i used to have them for 4 syns each i've just seen they are 10.5!!

    check the calories, 1 syn = 20 calories...

    yep for anything like cakes, sweet, chocolate, crisps, snacks, ready sauces, icecream etc you can use 1 syn = 20 calories to work out the syns as these foods have no free food allowance.
