Does anybody know the syn value for the following:

Tesco Healthy Living Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
Tesco Healthy Living Chicken in Tomato & Basil Sauce

Can only find the tomato one... Tesco Healthy Living Chicken in Tomato & Basil Sauce with Rosemary Potatoes, chilled (380g pack) 7.5 syns

The mushroom one is coming out at 8.5 syns on the calculator but not sure how accurate that will be given you can only choose one free food. But seems in line with the tomato one!
