It's listed in the book under smart syns - for a twin pack it says 3.5 syns per 225g each. So I think that's 3.5 syns per potato, ie per half a pack.

Thanks, but I must be blind, unless of course you have a different directory to me, I have the 2011 one.

Now, I am confused though, because when I used the syn calculator online, using potatoe as a free food, it came up with 2 syns on extra easy or green:confused:

I have the 2010 book.....it might be that they've changed the recipe a bit.

I'm never quite sure about the online calculator, I don't really know how to use it properly.

I tend to have the Free onion and chive cottage cheese on my jacket spuds. It's lovely and you get loads of it too!

Probably have changed the recipe, but I've already bought them now, so will have to eat them, however many syns are in them!
