Can someone please tellme the syn value for these, especially the chicken breasts with garlic mushrooms andcaramelised shallots? TYA

Found this, can't find any with shallots - Simply Cook Chicken Breasts in Crumb with Garlic Mushrooms, twin pack, chilled, 198g each
3.5 on red and EE and 13 on green

Thank you for that. There are no crumbsonthese so I shouldn't think they would be any higher in syns. I'll allow 5 to be on the safe side.
