I am a HUGE fan of the slimming world syn free quiche.
One thing I used to do that I found extremely good was to make a roasted veg quiche mix, lots of red onion, peppers, cherry toms etc then instead of making a big round quiche I'd use a fairy cake tin and make lots of minis to always keep in the fridge for snacking.
They would do for both red & green days.
And if I knew I was following a red day I'd add ham to the mix or if I were following green I'd add sweetcorn.
