I'm still trying to wrack my brains why I don't show as being in ketosis. The only thing I can think about is, that I'm on migraine medication that might cause it. The ingredients are:
mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, sodiam stearyl fumerate, hypromellose, titanium dioxyde (E-171), macrogol, carnuba wax, hypromellose, propylene glycol, indigo carmine (E-132).

I looked up mannitol and that's a sweetener based ingredient like sorbitol. Anyone any idea if this is keeping me "negative"? Before you ask, I cannot stop taking them, they help me stop my migraine which I have been having now for 2 weeks :(

You are losing weight therefore you are in ketosis. Don't worry about it.
