Well, My name's Bec.. Im 18 and live in Stoke on trent. As of tomorrow i begin a new dieting journey. I havent had much luck with sticking to diets... Ive tried OptiSlim, Slim fast, general cutting portions.. This time, im trying out a Tescos own brand called UltraSlim.
From previous experiences, I found i quit trying pretty quickly; My self control is pretty low, but hopefully i'll learn some on this diet. So whats different this time? Ive got you guys!

My mum mentioned how being on a forum with other people who are in the same boat, so to speak, has helped her alot. So i figure i'll give it a try.
