The plan ??

I'm just wondering if anyone can advise me I have never done slimming world before & I'm wondering how it works as I really have no clue

Perhaps you would be best to go to a group. You can go and listen to the new members talk, where the consultant will talk you through the plan, and then decide whether or not it's for you. If so, you could join up, and would be given the members pack with all of the information you need. Even if you didn't want to continue going to group, you'd still have all of ther information you needed to do it from home.
