Hi all!

I lost 2 1/2 stone on slimming world a couple of years ago and have slowly gained 2 stone again!

I've re joined sw group and really need to get myself in to gear and actually lose this weight.

Does anyone else struggle when you rejoin?

I really need to shift some weight before 29th September-we have a family photo shoot and I don't want to be the big one :-(

well done on starting a diary
I did slimming world years ago and go to target and stayed there for ages but due to several issues the weight crept back on again
I have several restarts (without going to group) and yes as a restarted I have struggled
but I have now joined a class and lost one pound in my first week (I was hoping for more but ...)
I think by starting a diary here and going to group you are doing the right things to get all the support possible

if you put your diary as a link in your signature others can find it when you make posts (if they want to)
I find it just helps as people will click on it to read and hopefully become new supporters :):)

having done the plan before are you doing the EE green or original days or do you do a mix of each :)
 
I always did original and green because I couldn't get my head around ee. Plus I like to have 2 of each healthy extra!

I only do green days as I am a vegetarian so ee and red are just a waste of good food :):)

I had a sneaky weigh in this morning and am 2lbs lighter than Thursday. Hooray!

Didn't do a lot-tried to do lots of walking and we have been smashing up our old patio so I'm hoping that will have helped when it comes to weigh in too. Haha!

that sounds like good exercise to me
I havent done a lot myself but had a lovely time over the farm yesterday we have a veggie patch there - so I was harvesting lots of nice fresh veggies :)
 
Ah lovely! Can't beat veggies grown yourself. We have grown a fair bit in our allotment this year too.

Have you weighed in this week? I lost 3lbs, so happy :)
