B: Porridge HE A & HE B, Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
L: Homemade veggie soup, ryvita HE B, homemade houmous 4 syns, banana
D: Steak, roasted bns & courgettes, steamed tenderstem broccoli

S: mullerlight, fruit
E: rest day
W: 2 litres

afternoon all, nice and drizzly in Norfolk lol

I had brunch today of: 2 slices ww bread (HE B) 2 bowyers fat free sausages, 3 slices lean bacon

Tea will be salmon fillet with garlic and spready cheese (HE A) sweet potato wedges and salad :D

That's about it, am trying to up my water intake though and have also bought some lovely strawberries so will get through a punnet of them during the day too :D

Love reading your daily menus Stephcracknel. What are bns?
I had weetabix and summer fruits for breakfast, JP with tuna and sweetcorn while out for lunch (a little too much mayo) and I am having 2 fried eggs, shedload of SW chips and mushy peas later.:p Using 2 HE A's for milk today and only had 1 HE B - no water as yet though -:(

B: 1 slice brown toast with spaghetti hoops and yogurt
L: Vegetarian Ravioli and apple
D: SW chips, poached egg and beans
