Hi,

Done it all before. Was a SW target member... Although I actually cheated and crashed dieted off the last 3 lbs... *sigh*

Now I'm back at square one, plus 2lbs...

Start weight - 12.0 1/2
Goal weight - 11.0
Height - 5'9

Day one - DD
Breakfast - skinny latte - 100cals
Lunch - green veg soup - 180cals
Snack - 2 little chocolates - 80cals
Dinner - stir fried veg in soy - 175cals
Drinks - tea and coffee - 60cals

Total - 595

Slightly over! If someone had put the chocolate on my desk I may have been ok! I actually feel quite full and bloated... I'm guessing it's all the veg.
Up day tomorrow!

So today was my up! And I'm not up enough...
Breakfast - pineapple - 85 cals
Lunch - egg and cress sandwich, crisps and a twirl - 678
Dinner - Chicken (roasted with skin), roast potatoes, salad and dressing - 508

Total - 1276

Waaaay too short. I might go buy a cake or something... Hmmmm. I don't want to end up eating crap just because I can. For my next up day I'll buy some avocados and other calorie dense foods.

I've planned my dd tomorrow.
Breakfast - Pineapple - 85 cals
Lunch - Cucumber and celery with hummus - 212
Dinner - Chicken breast and salad - 191

Total - 493
 
Ending up hitting my up day calories (thank you cheesecake... not sure binging on cake is a good thing)...

And todays DD has been good! Stuck to plan with the addition of an options hot chocolate.

Not struggling yet, I find on the DD's as long as I'm it's fine. 500 cals can go quite far. I had considered using meal replacement packs on DD's, but seems better to stick to fruit and veg.

Tomorrow - UP! I'm at a conference so I can't really plan!
