But I have been thinking of little treats for reaching certain milestones, eg half a stone lost, a stone lost, a dress size dropped - that kind of thing. They have to be non food related. So far I bought myself a new handbag after losing half a stone.
I weigh myself on Friday and I find that a loss encourages me to be heathy over the weekend.
I know most of us my group have 'treats' after our weigh in, could be a couple of drinks and not worrying about it or a chocolate and not thinking about it or take away or whatever you fancy. Obviously not going crazy and I wouldn't do it it I had a gain lol.
