Step 1 Sole Source + Turkey rashers??

I know this is a daft question, but are they actually made of turkey?
If so, then they will be allowed if you cook them properly (i.e. grill instead of fry).
If they have pork in them (as they're like a bacon substitute aren't they? So it's worth checking XD) then sadly they are not allowed because pork is too high in salt.
