Does anyone know the syn value of umami paste? I've looked online but can't find anything at all.

    Thanks :D

Does it have nutritional info on the pack? If so then I would use the 20 calorie rule of thumb.

Looking at the ingredients I doubt it will be syn free but as the main ingredient is tomato puree it should be about the same as that

Does it really make a difference?

Thanks Circes, it's just so that I know if I use it to spice up my food how many syns I need to deduct.
