Does anyone know the syn value for uncle bens Mexican bean rice and vegetable biryani rice pouches?

Mexican looks like 4.5 on EE/Green, but can't find the biryani one x

Is that defo the Mexican bean one as I know they do a normal Mexican one and a spicy Mexican as well.
