Hi everyone,
So good to have a veggie section, let's make sure we use it!

Aline, I'll have a browse through later when I have more time, looking for some more ideas, I do seem to eat the same things over and over.

So, what's everyone having for dinner tonight?

Mine is quorn fillets with mixed salad, this is my favourite meal at the moment, I love crunchy foods and raw foods.
Trying to stay off the White carbs at the moment.

Hi, great to see a veggie section!!
I'm doing Lighter Life Total at the moment, but when I need to introduce foods again, I want to be smarter that I was before.
Been veggie for over 20 years, and might sound a bit thick, what are White carbs? :confused:

i interpret white carbs as refined white sugar and flour and stuff made from them. Wishing you well as you return to normal eating, you're doing really well at the moment
