User name for online

Can anyone please help I've just gone online to log in to the members slimming world site and it's asking me for my user name, how do u know your user name? I have a password that's it

Hiya, just wondering are you a new member to the website? If so you need to sign up properly online, if you're going to a group it will be free but you still have to fill in all your details. Your username is your email address that you used to register, so if you've already registered online just type that in. Hope I've helped

Thankyou, I tryed to log on with my iPhone and it wouldn't work. Just been on my laptop and all sorted now
