I know this is a hard one to call as its quite vague, but does anyone know many syns this would be?

Depends where they are from they are all different, I made my own yesterday! Free on green

Making your own is a good idea. Harissa paste is free and you can have a wholemeal pitta from co-op or asda as a HEB. I made my own tzatziki with low fat greek style yogurt and baked the falafels counting syns for breadcrumbs.

I don't use breadcrumbs anyway I found a recipe on good food site that happens to be free. I'm having these tonight with pitta and a yogurt and mint dip! Yum
