Water

I drink a couple of litres of sugar free pink grapefruit, I feel healthier drinking it than the colossal amount of diet coke I used to drink.

A lot of people will tell you to drink loads but unless youre on a VLCD theres no benefit to it
 
I just love flavoured water (sugar free) Volvic lemon & lime or apple.
Also Perfectly Clear do sparkling water which is lovely. I drink water because i think it stops constipation. Maybe i'm wrong but i'm sure i read it somewhere. xxx Loobylou
 
Plain water I will drink 500ml - 1l an hour whilst training but during the day I drink about a litre or 2 of sparkling water
